Who are the Lumads?
The Lumad people or otherwise referred to as 'Lumads' are non-muslim indigenous people who reside in Mindanao.
Within it consists of 13 ethnic groups, namely the Blaan, Bukidnon, Higaonon, Mamanwa, Mandaya, Manobo, Mansaka, Sanger, Subanen, Tagabawa, Tagakaulo, Tasaday, and T'boli.
It is also a Cebuano term meaning "native" or "indigenous".
